My craft.
What happens between "we need a designer" and a product that works.
Experience.
The places, the problems, and what actually moved the needle.

Nothing to ship yet · give me a minute to spread pixels everywhere. Let me cook.

When I joined, the product had almost no structure. I redesigned the entire platform, created a no-signup mini app that became the top of the funnel, and operated as a hybrid designer/PM shipping daily with a small engineering team. I also rebuilt internal tools so Sales could actually demo the product with confidence.

A freelance mission from a former colleague. I designed a full spare parts management vertical from discovery to delivery: catalogs, ordering, tracking, warehouse intelligence, all integrated into the existing repair workflow. That vertical became the key lever to close deals with luxury brands.

Lumeen was rebuilding its managed Android environment for VR healthcare from the ground up. I ran a full UX audit and redesigned the core flows: launcher, headset management, in-session controls, content library. The whole challenge was making a technically complex system feel safe and obvious for caregivers working with elderly patients.

I started by fixing the CRM that analysts and Sales used every day, then turned it into a decision-making platform with fraud detection, banking analysis, and ESG scoring. Along the way I structured the design team from scratch: hiring, career ladder, playbook, research database. That foundation also made the SaaS pivot possible.

A bit of a throwback. When I arrived there was almost no design culture and a million members. I worked across three verticals: community, the 3D marketplace I built from zero, and the enterprise B2B offer. No PM on the team, so I ran the pre-design phases myself. By the time I left, the platform had tripled to 3M members. Epic Games acquired it a year later.

The early years. Web design, branding, and product across very different clients. A different era, but that's where I learned to ship fast and figure out what good craft actually means.
